GALCHUTT, N.D. (AP) — Thirteen teenagers were injured in a weekend crash in southeastern North Dakota's Richland County.

The Highway Patrol says a sport utility vehicle driven by an 18-year-old form Walcott turned in front of a 15-passenger van on a county road Saturday night, leading to the collision.

The driver of the SUV was taken to a Fargo hospital with injuries the patrol said were not life-threatening.

Twelve teens in the van were treated at the scene for minor injuries or taken to area hospitals with injuries there were not life-threatening.

It was not immediately clear where the van was headed. The patrol is still investigating.
