State Hunkers Down for Storm

A statewide "Winter Storm Warning" is in effect as North Dakota braces for another storm that could bring blizzard conditions and a foot or more of snow over the weekend in certain areas.

Up to a foot of wet, heavy snow is expected to drop on the middle of the state, including the Bismarck-Mandan area.
