Chris Christie’s Day At the Beach Draws Heat
New Jersey Governor Chris Christie's day at the beach is draw some serious criticism.
As CNN reports, Friday the governor ordered beaches across the Garden State closed in response to an ongoing budget impasse in the state's legislature.
Two days later, photos from NJ Advance Media showed Mr. Christie sunning himself with his family on Island Beach State Park -- the only people on the beach because, well, the governor had closed it.
The governor dismissed the criticism, calling it TMZ stuff.
