Cop Placed on Administrative Leave After Tasing 76-Year-Old Man [VIDEO]

This should make your day! A cop takes a 76-year-old man down to the ground and then tasering him while down on the ground.

Cops are under scrutiny these days. The public is in serious uproar about cop abuse and misuse of their authority. Video cameras and video phones are all over. In this case, it's the cops own dash-cam that could be his biggest enemy.

Over the weekend in Victoria, Texas- Pete Vasquez was stopped for an expired inspection sticker ,which in Texas is a class C misdemeanor and normally, the offender receives a ticket, not arrested.

You can see from video, the stop quickly escalates into 76-year-old Vasquez being thrown on the hood of the cop car, then to the ground and finally tasered by Officer Nathanial Robinson who was placed on administrative duty Friday while Victoria police investigate the event.

To be fair, 99.9% of the men in blue do an outstanding job serving the public.
