Coroner: Cory Monteith’s Death Caused by Heroin and Alcohol [VIDEO]
The coroner's autopsy results have been released, and it appears as if 'Glee' star Cory Monteith died from a lethal combination of heroin and alcohol.
According to the coroner, there was a deadly combination “a mixed drug toxicity, involving heroin and alcohol,” that lead to the star's death.
Monteith's body was discovered on Saturday in a Vancouver hotel room. He had reportedly struggled with addiction and recently completed a stint in rehab back in April. He was 31 years old.
