Here is an interesting question: can school districts demand students' password to social media sites?

Apparently in Illinois, there is a new law that has some parents up in arms. According to CBS This Morning, "The law lets schools investigate attacks, even if they happen off school property. One district says it has the right to ask for students' social media passwords.

Some think this is going too far and crosses the line of invasion of privacy. On the other hand, since the accounts in question are those of minors, do they even have any rights to begin with?

Where do you stand on this issue?
