It is that time of year again, and boy will it taste good and feel good. Not only will it feel good because it's cold and creamy on a summer day, it'll feel good because your treat and donation will help others.

Thursday (July 28) is Miracle Treat Day at Dairy Queen. It is that time of year to help the kids that benefit from the resources at the Children's Miracle Network. Locally, these fund go to Sanford Hospital Children's Hospital in Fargo,  which serves children from North Dakota. This is a fun and delicious way to help support the research on advancement and treatment of childhood cancers.

At least $1 from every Blizzard sold during this campaign goes to CMN. The Mandan location donates $2 from every frozen (blizzard) treat sold. Plus the Mandan location has already presold almost 2,000 blizzards to local businesses in Mandan. What a great job!! You can help by purchasing a Blizzard on Thursday.

Last year, the local Dairy Queen's sold over 1400 Blizzards. There are several DQ's to serve you, one location in Mandan and three in Bismarck.
