FLOOD WARNING- Morton County Until Monday Afternoon

Two weekends of heavy rain has left the ground saturated and the creeks and ditches swollen. The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issues a FLOOD WARNING for South-West Morton County. Also included in the FLOOD WARNING is North-Central Grant County.

The Morton County Emergency Management reports the heavy rain over the weekend, caused flooding around Big Muddy Creek between Glen Ullin and Almont.

Residents living near streams, creeks and rivers should take the necessary actions or be ready to take emergency actions if flooding should occur, this warning is in effect for farmers and ranchers in the area.

The warning is in effect until 2:30 PM CST.
