Gun Shots Fired in the City of Bismarck Results in Arrest

A 22 year old man is in jail for terrorizing and reckless endangerment.

The events took place after midnight Saturday night, when city police were called to reports of gunshots heard near East Thayer Avenue and North 26th Street. Witnesses at the scene told officers they saw a man with a handgun.

Police say a man fired a couple of shots and entered a home. Apparently the man had a prior relationship with the lady in the home. The home was located in the 2600 block of East Thayer Avenue.

The 22 year old was arrested.
