2019 ND State Fair Headliners Include Tim McGraw and Rascal Flatts

As the end of the 2018 North Dakota State Fair comes to a close Saturday, the exciting news has been made public concerning the headline acts for 2019.

KFYR-TV reports the North Dakota State Fair has confirmed Tim McGraw and Rascal Flatts will headline the 2019 State Fair.

This would mark McGraw's second return to Minot. Tim McGraw was the opening act at the fair 6 years ago on a rainy Friday night.

It is unusual such news is made public concerning the upcoming fair. Normally, headline acts are kept secret until the fair starts to promote advance tickets sales for the fair every year.  Minot Mayor Shaun Sipma made the headline announcement and the state fair did indeed confirm the acts for 2019.

The dates for the fair next year will be July 19-27, 2019.

Nickelback is the closing act for the fair Saturday night.
