Heitkamp Makes Her Decision Known for the Governors Office [AUDIO]

Heidi Heitkamp, now in her third year of a six year term as US senator for the state says she has looked at her options and has made her decision for the governors race for NoDak.

After one unsuccessful bid for the office, the US senator has decided NOT to run for the states high office. The Senator says now is not the time and she can continue to "do good" for the state as senator.

Heitkamp, in 2000 came the closet to the governors office losing by more than 29,000 votes to John Hoeven, who now serves with Hiedi in the US Senate.
