In 2006, two girls were born conjoined at the chest. Surgeons in Minnesota separated them and 10 years later, the girls are in fourth grade attending school in Mandan.

WCCO in Minnesota caught up with the girls to talk about their lives, living normally, and likely without a memory of ever being conjoined.

Isabelle and Abby were born conjoined from the chest to the stomach with their organs all intertwined with each other. In order to separate the girls, it required 12 hours and 17 surgeons. They had the surgery when they were just 6 months old.
