Minot Air Force Base to Dedicate New Control Tower

MINOT, N.D. (AP) — Minot Air Force Base is marking the completion of a new control tower and airfield management building.

The facilities cost more than $16 million to build. Construction started in April 2012.

Officials scheduled a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday.
