Minot Man to Plead Guilty in Meth Case
MINOT, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man says he will plead guilty on drug and weapons charges.
Brian Dahl, of Minot, is charged in federal court with conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine and brandishing a firearm during a drug deal.
Authorities say the conspiracy involved moving meth and firearms from Washington state to North Dakota.
Dahl faces a maximum penalty of life in prison and a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years.
A second defendant in the case, Matthew Powers, pleaded guilty last week. He's scheduled for sentencing on Dec. 20.
