It may be a mistrial in the "Teacher of the Year" case.

According to the Bismarck Tribune, the sole juror holding out for a guilty verdict in the Aaron Knodel sex-charges trial may have lied during jury selection by not disclosing she was a victim of sexual abuse.

The judge could declare a mistrial after the juror became disoriented and was hospitalized Wednesday.

The prosecution will now have two weeks to request a mistrial or could accept the three not-guilty verdicts the jury unofficially reached and ask to retry just the last two charges.
