The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) along with the North Dakota Highway Patrol have CLOSED I-94 from Bismarck to Jamestown due to high winds causing areas of zero visibility and hazardous travel conditions.  Motorists who drive past a road closure device may be fined up to $250.

Also: the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) along with the North Dakota Highway Patrol have LIFTED the No Travel Advisory for the north central region of North Dakota including Minot and surrounding areas.
