Saturday was the first round of the 2016 FCS Playoffs and now we know who each team that had a bye will play.

San Diego beat Cal Poly, 35-21. They will now match up will number one-seeded favorite, North Dakota State. That game will happen Saturday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. It will be available to be streamed live on ESPN3. The winner will take on the winner of South Dakota St and Villianova the following week.

On the other side of the bracket, Richmond trounced North Carolina A&T, 39-10. Richmond will now take on number seven-seed, North Dakota at 5 p.m. on Saturday night. That is also available to be streamed live on ESPN3. The winner of that matchup will take on the winner of Eastern Washington and Central Arkansas the following week.
