Kentucky Senator Rand Paul has drawn fire from neoconservatives in his own party for comments he made regarding America's relationship with Russia.

The comment has drawn some angry responses.  Columnist Jennifer Rubin cites Paul's comment at indication he is not qualified to run for president.

Reason magazine, which leans in a libertarian and non-interventionist direction, published a more pro-Paul analysis here.
