Police are Looking for a Man Who Was Touching Himself in Car

This is a new one. Police are on the look out for a man who was sexually pleasuring himself in a car.

Fargo Police received a call about 1 a.m. Saturday from a complainant who said there was a man masturbating in his car in the 4800 block of 16th Avenue South.

The caller waited about 10 minutes before calling the police to make the complaint. (really, 10 minutes?) Once police arrived, the man was gone. Police indicated they would have arrested the man if he was still on the scene with his weapon in hand.

Fargo PD continue to investigate just in case this becomes a pattern.
