A parent found more than just candy in their child's bag after trick-or-treating in Bismarck Saturday night, October 31st.

According to The Bismarck Tribune, while going through their child's Halloween candy, a Bismarck parent found prescription pills mixed in.

The Bismarck Police Department released a statement regarding the prescription medication on Sunday, November 1st, stating that the pills were placed in a Ziploc bag, which also had candy inside.

Police know that the bag came from a Bismarck home, but they're not entirely sure which one. They're asking parents to check the Halloween candy their kids brought home and to report anything suspicious immediately.
