Shot Fired through Mans House Door in Bismarck

Bismarck Police are investigating a shooting incident in the 800 block of east Jefferson Ave. 

The shots took place at about 1 am, early Sunday morning.

The resident of the house was awaken by knocking at his front door. The victim saw someone at his front door and asked who it was. The suspect said he was there to pick up someone.

The victim told him to leave and closed the door.

The suspect then shot a bullet through the door.

No one was injured in the shooting.

The suspect was wearing a dark hoodie type sweat shirt and dark scarf.
