Dickinson Police have taped off a construction site in Dickinson on Friday to investigate the discovery of a partial human skeleton and clothing.

The discovery was made late Thursday at a construction site on the corner of 40th ST East and Fourth Ave East in Dickinson. Police had most of the area blocked off Friday morning to investigate.

Dickinson Police Capt. Joe Cianni said in a statement to the media said that they "will not be entertaining or answering any specific questions at this time."

Exhumation of the remains began this afternoon.

While no ID has been made in this case, many on Social Media are beginning to speculate that the remains could belong to Eric Haider, a Bismarck man who went missing back in 2012 in that area and was never found.
