So the Supreme court has kicked the right to gamble back to the states yesterday and It'll be interesting to see if anything changes in town. (UPDATE: the state Attorney General says it changes nothing. Legalizing gambling in North Dakota would require an act of the legislature).

As of now, games of chance are (mostly) illegal in North Dakota. But that soon may change.
