A gunman opened fire on his fellow employees at a UPS facility in San Francisco, killing three people before turning the gun on himself. The shooting occurred just before 9 a.m. local time on Wednesday.

According to Yahoo.com, a 6.0 magnitude earthquake woke up Northern California about 3:45 AM local time, with the center approximately around the San Francisco Bay area, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

Minutes after the Giants won the World Series last October, groups of vandals took to the streets of San Francisco and started setting fires, smashing store windows, flipping taxis, burning buses, and acting like crazy idiot douchebags all night. They caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage, and several arrests were made.
