The Coast Is Drenched – But Is It Enough?

All the rain California is getting has proved to be a mixed blessing.

To be sure, the area needed relief from previous drought-like conditions (though not really enough to resolve the issue completely).  That being said, the current rains are raising concerns about mudslides and flash flooding.

Yahoo! Finance reports more than an inch of rain has fallen on South California since the onset of the storm.  The rains are expected to slack off statewide by the weekend.
