Carson Wentz. Blah Blah Blah. Another North Dakotan is in this year's 2016 NFL Draft class too: Connor McGovern.

McGovern graduated from Shanley High School in Fargo in 2011. That's the same year Wentz graduated from Century.

McGovern is a 306 pound offensive lineman who played at The University of Missouri. He was the Gatorade High School Player of the Year in North Dakota in 2010. Since he is an offensive lineman, he doesn't have "sexy statistics" like players at other positions have. But McGovern is big, strong, athletic and most importantly, he is NFL ready.

Like any player making the transition from college to the pros, he still has areas he can improve upon. NFL.com projects that McGovern will be drafted in the third round of the draft. We had a brief chat with McGovern. Listen to it here.

Another North Dakota  high school graduate from the class of 2011 has already signed with an NFL team. Griffin Neal, a quarterback who played at Division III Concordia signed with the Saints earlier this month. Neal is a cousin to McGovern and played semi-pro football in Germany last year before signing with the Saints this year. Neal went to High School at Fargo South.

The NFL Draft is April 28 through April 30 and will air on NFL Network and ESPN.
