This can happen anytime and any place. We hear more and more stories about out of control drivers and of drivers going crazy behind the wheel.

But when "behind the wheel" leads to getting out from behind the wheel and confrontation, it can be dangerous if not life threatening.

Here is a case where a driver decided to aggressively confront another driver, and it was videotaped which helped cops make the arrest. The violence starts at the 3 minute mark on the video.

Sherri Norman was driving in Randleman, North Carolina, with her granddaughter in the car when Kristin Phillips began aggressive driving. Norman called 911 and started to tape the incident.

Once cops arrived, they used Facebook to post the video which lead to the arrest and charges against Phillips.

Do you think the driver was right in videotaping the event or did she place herself and grand daughter in danger?
