A Drunk Beulah Man Gets Booked In Bismarck For Threatening Police
Too much booze and a hot head will always get you booked into jail.
According to KFYR-TV, the night started at Pub 21 in Bismarck when 48-year-old Robert Rist was too tipsy to care for himself and ended up at a local hospital to detox. In other words, to sleep it off.
Things went from bad to worse when at the hospital when Rist started to get out of control, yelling and threatening hospital staff. He went as far to pulling the IV out of his arm.
During his rage at the hospital, he threatened a Bismarck police officer, going as far saying he was going to kill him.
That did not fly with the Bismarck PD and was booked for terrorizing and preventing arrest on a felony charge.
If you can't control your liquor and a helping hand, you need to stay at the nursery.
According to records, Rist was arrested for terrorizing and preventing arrest on a felony charge.
