Airplane in Fargo Aborts Flight After Tire Blowout
An airplane heading for Denver from Fargo on Monday was aborted after two of the plane's tires blew out.
A United Express flight set to leave early Monday morning from Fargo was on the runway when two of the rear tires blew out.
Nobody was injured in the incident but the plane had to return to the gate.
An airport spokesperson says that tire blow outs do happen on planes though it is rare.
The runway was closed for about 20 minutes as crews searched for and cleaned up debris on the runway.
Passengers were rebooked on other flights.
