Apartment Fire on East Bismarck Expressway

Fire and rescue crews rushed Tuesday morning to an apartment fire near the south-side Perkins on the Bismarck Expressway.

NBC North Dakota News reported the fire was brought under control and crews were reported to be doing "overhaul" around noon Tuesday.
