Big Concerts Mean Big Profits for FargoDome
Thanks to a few heavily attended concerts, officials at the FargoDome say they expect to net over $300,000 this year.
According to InForum, concerts headlined by Pink, Luke Bryan, Paul McCartney, and Justin Timberlake made for a 'very unusual' concert season at the FargoDome.
That unusual season will lead to a projected $322,000 in profit for the city-owned venue in 2014, which is triple what they had projected when they put together their budget last year.
Other concerts expected to draw huge crowds this year include Motley Crue and Cher.
Last year, the FargoDome had a net income of $189,000. If the projections hold true, 2014's net income will smash that number.
