Bismarck Man Arrested for Swinging Ax at Roommates

A 48-year-old Bismarck man was arrested on November 1 for threatening his roommates with an ax.

According to KXNews, officers on the scene said "the man was swinging his ax at his roommates and verbally threatening to hurt them."

There was property damage to the 12th Street home, such as a hole in a bedroom door, but fortunately, no one was injured.

The man faces terrorizing charges, which could get him up to five years in prison and/or a $5,000 fine.
