Bismarck Man Wanted for Alleged Attempted Murder
Bismarck authorities are looking for 39-year-old Chester Dante Pendleton after he allegedly shot a 36-year-old man in the chest last night (Oct. 9).
Police say Pendleton was in a fight with the victim over money when he committed the violent assault. The incident occurred in a downtown Bismarck alleyway.
Pendleton is a 39-year-old African-American man with short black hair and dark brown eyes; he is 6 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds.
The present condition of the victim, who is currently in the hospital, is as-yet-unannounced.
