Bismarck PD and Burleigh County Sheriff Involved in High Speed Chase

Law Enforcement are looking for a suspect that crashed his truck at the corner of 16th street and Hanaford after being involved in a pursuit that started on Highway 83, Saturday according to KFYR-TV.

After crashing his Dodge truck, the suspect fled on foot. As of press time, authorities were still looking for the suspect after a high speed chase through Burleigh County. The chase was called off when the truck entered North Bismarck. From that point, a State Police airplane tracked the fleeing truck into the city.

Police lost the track of the fleeing suspect. He is described as a tall build male with a shaved head, tattoos on his neck, wearing a red hooded shirt and a red backpack.

The suspect is not a danger to the public but ask for anyone who sees him to call the police.
