Crime Up 7.9% in ND

It should come as a surprise to no one, but the state Attorney General's office has made it official: the crime rate is up in North Dakota.

On the plus side, Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem says the state remains one of the safest in the country, with theft offenses making up the majority of the crime reported.
