Food Trucks Converge For Free Midwest Flavor Fest In Mandan!

Bismarck/Mandan, let's all get fired for some fantastic food!  Flasher, New Salem, Center, Almont, Saint Anthony, Cannonball...y'all come too! ADMISSION IS FREE.

Mandan's first-ever food truck festival is a can't-miss gathering of goodness.

I'll tell everybody that my favorite kind of food is food mixed with other food! So I'm all in for this weekend's Midwest Flavor Fest in beautiful Dykshoorn Park in Mandan. So many selections and so much fun, so put down the spatula and plan to come for both days. ADMISSION IS FREE.

Who all is going to be there?

Well, come find out for yourself!  Midwest Flavor Fest will be filled with so many fantastic food trucks I'd get in trouble if I left any out. Food truck folks are lovely people but can be kinda sensitive.  I can fill you in on some of the other activities and entertainment you'll find at the Midwest Flavor Fest. ADMISSION IS FREE.

First off on Friday night, it's Bismarck's very own BULL HONKEY

For the uninitiated, Bull Honkey is a pop/rock party band with a show as cool as their moniker. See for yourself on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. I tried finding them on MySpace but I forgot my user name. Whoops.

Saturday Kevin Speidel will perform followed by headlining band FROG!

You may know them best as the Frog Holler String Band. They're a part of a full day of fun on Saturday! Kids entertainment, face painting, fun with salsa, and something called Balloon Ninjas. ADMISSION IS FREE.

It's all happening this weekend at Dykshorn Park on Main in Mandan.
