In a long, hard evening at the 2013 Coca-Cola 600, that saw numerous wrecks, it was Kevin Harvick who came out on top .While the first half of the race passed largely without incident, the race took on a  different complexion when the drive line snapped on a TV camera cable near the Turn 1 connection.

Marcos Ambrose received the brunt of the damage as the cable wrapped around his rear wheels.  “It was like getting attacked by a giant squid,” said Ambrose.  Ten fans were also injured in the incident.
