Yoga with a Furry Twist

Join Linda from Ataraxis Yoga for a class at MDAR's shelter, surrounded by rescue cats and kittens.  Yoga & Kittens is open to all ages 5 and up (children under 11 must be accompanied by a parent).

All Levels Class

Stretch, Breathe and Flow yoga alongside adoptable kittens will be held on Tuesday, June 17 from 11:00am to 12:00pm. This is an all-levels class, and the cost is $20 per person (this is a ticketed event).  Doors will open at 10:30am.
