Look I know it's not the same thing, but when was the last time you paid attention to laugh tracks on television?

I remember when corny comedy television shows were pretty common in the past, with the help of computerized laugh tracks strategically placed after each awful joke. After a while, you never even thought about it. So with 2024 just around the corner, will computers and robots start taking over more and more? Will AI branch out more into the entertainment world -  like maybe in front of a television camera or on stage somewhere? It's not too crazy to think that could happen -  since here in Bismarck it has.

Would you have an open mind if you knew you were going to watch a play or movie put on by AI?

I'm guessing that there will be a lot of people who would be skeptical - a co-worker told me the same thing - may be apt to be more critical. According to kfyrtv.com Bismarck State College is "...accepting this new technology of the artificial intelligence program, Chat GPT - by putting on a play that was entirely written by the AI program. The set was made by humans, but the idea, images, music and even the words for the play came from AI"

Makes sense to me what they ( BSC ) are doing

Bismarck State College is playing right into the hands ( ? ) of the AI - according to  Associate Professor Dean Bellin - they asked Chat to write a play about itself. They did- a collection of 8 plays about - you got it - modern technology.
