I hate to say it but it sure feels like we are...

... I'll tell you why I feel this way in a minute. First though, to make it clear, this is not an article designed to scare you by saying "Are we nearing the END in North Dakota?" - NO, this is not some kind of religious prediction on my part. Once again this comes as no surprise, usually toward the FIRST couple of weeks of the regular football season  ( I've stopped hoping for a miracle ) we all sadly know the END is near.

Halloween comes ( October 31st ) and spooks us even more - but nothing is scarier than November 3rd

Why is North Dakota coming to an end on November 3rd? Well it's not, Daylight Savings IS though and I know a ton of people agree with me, why can't we just leave it alone already? We make this big deal of changing our clocks ( although we really don't anymore since everything is digital ) - but you know what I'm talking about - "SPRING ahead, FALL back"  - there are those that only love it because they GAIN an extra hour of sleep - so what? We still have to deal with all the hassle and losing what little time we have left after a full workday to spend time when it's still light outside.

Most states in the United States observe daylight saving time, but Arizona and Hawaii do not

I know there has been talk of doing away with the whole "Time change" in North Dakota, but nothing ever happens. So...get used to the daylight while you can.
