I actually was a witness to this funny man's "North Dakota bad luck" years ago

I'll never forget driving home during a blizzard here in Bismarck back in November of 2022. All I was doing was focusing on one thing: getting home safe. So there I was, my final left turn and less than about a quarter of a mile to go, and smack dab in the middle of the street sat a famous comedian in a huge tour bus:

This time, this superstar of Netflix fame almost suffered a worse fate. This past weekend Bert Kreischer had just finished a stop in Fargo, North Dakota, when disaster struck again. According to people.com "Comedian Bert Kreischer is feeling “lucky” to be alive after his tour bus went “up in flames” in between tour stops in the Midwest. Kreischer, the 53-year-old star of the new Netflix series Free Bert, shared a photo of the charred remains of the burnt bus on Instagram on Sunday, March 15, captioning the post in part with, “We are all safe but my bus is gone.”

Here is what he posted on Instagram:

“Me, the other comedians, my assistant and my trainer are all very lucky,”  The Lord works in mysterious ways.”

Don't be afraid to come back to Bismarck, Bert!
