As cold as it has been the last week or so, there are daylight and warm days ahead to look forward to...

...and isn't that what gets us through the frigid days and nights? We all know that shortly, our North Dakota days will be longer, and the sun will stay out forever. Traditions are what help regenerate our "life batteries", and there is nothing better than a warm sunny afternoon that will never end and the excitement of live music outdoors from an iconic band. Get ready for an easy road trip - and mark this down on your calendar - June 28th.

Another summer planning on delivering some terrific music

This one is an example - an iconic 90s rock band - The Goo Goo Dolls   Earlier this month Red River Valley Facebook page posted this:

"JUST ANNOUNCED!
The Goo Goo Dolls are coming to the Red River Valley Fair on Friday, June 28th! Tickets go on sale Friday, January 19th!

Goo Dolls have been around for almost 40 years - since 1986 their brand of alternative rock, pop rock, and even punk rock ( when they first began touring ) - Some of their hits in the late 90s hit the charts and stayed there for a

while - "Iris" was one of them, and many of you will recognize their songs from movies like Pauly Shores Son in Law. and  Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare.     Goo Goo Dolls is a breath of fresh air, and you will no doubt find yourself singing along to them out there in the hot sun.....Ahhhhhhhhhhh HOT SUN ( sounds wonderful doesn't it? )
