The Beat Goes On At Classic Rock Coffee Co. In Mandan
"...Always wanted to own a business..."
This is what Brad Feldman told me this afternoon on the phone. An extremely friendly face - you'll no doubt see him at a Bismarck Bobcats game. He has been the Director of Operations for the team over the past seven years. He and his wife Nichole just recently took over Classic Rock Coffee Co. here in Mandan - on the strip. It's been exactly one week since they became the new owners, and Brad has some very exciting ideas and thoughts.
If you have never walked into this coffee shop, the second you enter you'll see WHY the place has its name
I'm still not sure if you are allowed to play one of the guitars that are on the wall. You can feel the theme of this place as you look around - it's almost like you walked into a record store in downtown Los Angeles, California. I spoke with Dawn and April who work there, and it's easy to feel the ease and comfort of the environment from these ladies. Dawn has been working there since the place first opened (about 9 years ago )
Brad and Nichole are feeling the "Awesome Potential"
Brad sounded pretty excited this afternoon - first of all, he and his wife plan on "keeping everything pretty much the same. It's a popular place for all ages - for people to get together and enjoy each other's company" - all of the employees are staying on board, which is a huge compliment.
Open 7 days a week - drop by if you can and experience this place for yourself - 4524 Memorial Hwy #101, Mandan
