UPDATE: Bismarck Restaurant Of Over 23 Years Closing

UPDATE: The day before Thanksgiving, a restaurant and an owner that has brought so much love to Bismarck is closing for good.

Rumors are so easy to start-someone THINKS they have an inside track, they post it on a local group page..

...and then the next thing you know people believe in what they read. Unfortunately, this is what happened a couple of weeks ago. "Is Schlotzsky's really closing??? That was what the post said on the Bismarck People Reporting News Group Page - I immediately went to Schlotzsky's Facebook page, and there was nothing about their doors closing. I decided yesterday would be a good time to drive over to 2000 N 12th Street and get a calzone.

I have so much respect for this person - I remember back when COVID was handcuffing so many businesses, many had to close for good. Sharon faced it head-on, staying open, she cared so much about the people she worked with and her customers. I asked her about the rumor, and sadly she confirmed it. "I can't thank my employees, I've got employees that have been with me since 2015" Sharon is a tremendous leader - she shows so much respect for others - she has put her heart and soul into Schlotzsky's.
