Brace yourselves, Bismarck. We have a new dining option coming to Bismarck, and this time it's all about breakfast. Mornings are hard. You have to shower, shave, and put on the ritz. It's hard to get yourself ready, get the kids out the door for school, and make a meal for the family. Soon, we will have a breakfast option that isn't the typical drive-thru McMuffin.

According to a post on Facebook, a Fargo breakfast cart could be expanding to Bismarck, North Dakota.

Oat & Toast Coming to Bismarck

The business is run by North Dakota natives, Matt and Kate Ekren. Their mission is to bring honest food and a community connection to the community every morning. Oat bowls, creative toast combos, feel-good drinks, and more. They want to help North Dakotans.

We are feeling deeply grateful for a beautiful new opportunity to continue serving you the deliciousness of OAT — not just in the bright days of spring and summer, but beyond. What began as a seasonal joy is gently unfolding into something so much more.

They might be bringing a healthier breakfast option to our community. Think oatmeal bowls with fruits, nuts, and superfoods. Think toast topped with avocado, honey, nut butters, and house-made jams. Think matcha, cold brew, and lattes that make you feel like you've got your life together before 10 am.

As of right now, everything is a little hush-hush, so we don't have a location or opening date, but look for this breakfast cart soon.
