Flo Rida, Mitchell Tenpenny Team Up for Grand Forks Show

Flo Rida is coming to North Dakota, and he's not coming alone. The artist announced an unlikely, genre-crossing lineup set to hit the Alerus Center in Grand Forks on February 6, 2027.  If you're doing a double-take, you're not alone. A Flo Rida and country music pairing isn't something most North Dakotans saw coming, but it's happening: Flo Rida, along with country artists Mitchell Tenpenny and Jay Webb, will step on stage for the "Whistle & Whiskey Tour."

Flo Rida is an artist most people have heard of, with hits like Apple Bottom Jeans, Good Feeling, My House, and Low. He is known for high-energy music that gets people up out of their seats and dancing.

Mitchell Tenpenny is an American Country-pop singer who's released three albums to date. He's a multi-platinum country hitmaker known for songs like Telling All My Secrets and Drunk Me.

Flo Rida and Tenpenny are teaming up for an unforgettable night of crossover hip-hop country sounds. Jay Webb, another American country artist, will be opening the show.

This isn't Flo Rida's first crossover into country music. In 2022, he released High Heels with Walker Hayes and collaborated with Jimmie Allen on No Bad Days. Still sharing a bill with a country headliner for a full tour is a new step.
