There is my terrible "dad joke" for the day. Seriously though, seafood, for the most part, is pretty healthy food we can all enjoy, depending on how it is prepared. Just so you know, chedar-baked biscuits from Red Lobster are not really seafood. They are delicious, though.

I personally love grilled shrimp, something I make on the grill often if I want some surf and turf. Have you ever had prawns before? I tried them one time on a duck-hunting trip to Alaska, and it was to die for. Prawns are basically shrimp on steroids.

The first one that comes to mind is 40 Steak & Seafood. Seafood is in their name for a reason. They are good at it. Jack's Steakhouse & Seafood is another A-plus choice in my humble opinion. The Paddle Trap in Mandan is the other solid choice for seafood in the Capital Region.

We have one that is among the best in the entire country. According to Cheapism, North Dakota's biggest fish in a small pond is Mezzaluna in downtown Fargo.
