I was strolling through Zillow North Dakota recently and I came across the most expensive lake property in the entire state.

The lake that this luxurious lake property is located on is Blacktail Dam, which is just north of Williston, North Dakota.

It's actually a very small lake at only 147 acres.  A good share of it is developed.  If you are wondering about the fishing, the lake has Bluegill, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, and Yellow Perch.

I told you it was the most expensive lake property currently for sale on Zillow and lake life is never cheap.  This home will cost you nearly 2 Million Dollars. $1,995,000 to be exact.

This lake property is very modern and very nice.  I prefer more of a cottage look and this home just doesn't do it for me.  The price for only 2,792 square feet seems pretty high in my opinion.  Just not my cup of tea, but it sure looks stunning from the outside.
