Lawyers Debate Interrogation In Hicks Case

A man accused of second-degree murder in the death of an ex-Marine from North Dakota says investigators violated his rights when he was interrogated following his arrest.

Waylon Hicks is accused of fatally stabbing Jeremiah Sage after the two left a New Town bar last summer.
