Mandan Fireworks Ordinance For 4th Of July Holiday
The City Of Mandan has issued the cities fireworks ordinance for the upcoming 4th of July holiday.
According to the City of Mandan webpage, fireworks are permitted July 2nd-5th. The use of fireworks are permitted between the hours of noon and 12 a.m. on July 2nd and 3rd.
On July 4th, fireworks are permitted from 12 noon to 2 a.m. July 5th.
Bottle rockets and sky lanterns or not allowed in the city limits, this includes the storage, sale or use.
Fireworks are not allowed to be used in all city parks with the exception of the annual fireworks display at the Mandan Rodeo Days.
And be sure to properly dispose of all unused fireworks, including soaking them in water overnight before disposing.
This is a huge difference from the ordinance last year when the area was in a severe drought and all fireworks were banned.
